Yes. We cater events on the water with Captiva Cruises, one of our partner venues. Boats need a menu built for the space and the timing, so tell us the vessel, the headcount and the plan for the evening, and our team will build a menu and a staffing plan that works on board.
What do beach weddings on the islands need?
Beaches and large properties require extra staff, a more limited menu and sometimes rentals, and some locations add a venue fee that we pass on in your quote. Island weddings also mean planning around travel time and bridge access, so tell us the location early and we will build the logistics into your timeline.
Do you cater dinners at vacation rentals?
Yes. We cater private dinners, rehearsal dinners and family celebrations at island homes and vacation rentals, cooking on site or delivering fully prepared. We bring what the kitchen needs, work around the house, and leave it clean, with the garbage taken out before we go.
